What is EFT/Tapping

Emotion Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often referred to as tapping, is a therapeutic approach that combines psychological principles with gentle stimulation of specific points on the body.

These points are similar to acupressure points and are used while focusing on a particular thought, emotion, or experience.

EFT is designed to help regulate emotional responses, reduce distress, and support the processing of experiences that may feel difficult or overwhelming.
