What is BWRT

The revolutionary new therapy for rapid and effective transformation

BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better. Only Certified Practitioners (I am certified and am an advanced Practitioner) have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at

Some ideas on Specific Protocols:

L1 Protocols: There is a standard protocol that we use to reprogram your brain-body system. It allows the past to not jump to the present; or we reprogram your brain-body system so it responds in a way that feels better for you. This protocol as well as a few others in this level is the one that we use the most.

Major Life Reset: we do this in a 2 - 3 hour long session. It's perfect for people who feels like their life is messed up, others seem to make things work. They either had difficulties when they were young, or their life was great, and they are struggling in adulthood.

Procrastination: A few session process to get you to stop this behaviour that keeps you stuck. 

Level 2: This is a specific protocol, we do over 5 weeks. You get some homework. We work with what your current self and core-identity is, and what you would like it to be instead.
