My Story

I am the right person for you if you are ready to deep dive to heal, grow and thrive in your life and your business.

In my therapy practice I help high-functioning people and couples overcome the curve balls (inner er and outer) that trips them up. Be it past trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, break-ups, transitions: such as new ew relationships, blended families, new stage of life.

 

In my FGHQ, I support Entrepreneurs, women in Business unlock the inner barriers to success and embody their next level, while taking care of their well-being and relationships.

 

We work with Money Mindset, Success Mastery and expansion.

We shift trauma, Re-wire their brain, Interrupt patterns, have a kick-ass mindset, navigate challenge and take action, all while being kind to themselves, so they can soar and reach their dreams.

I have had a rich career over the years and a thriving psychology practice.

​

For many years I enjoyed having a fairly nomadic life, just going with the flow, focusing my following my heart and one day my heart decided it was time to be still, consolidate and reach new levels of success. It was as part of that process that I came across the Sacred Money Archetypes and so many of my choices suddenly made sense, and I decided to change my outcomes! It felt like it really was my time to step into my next steps, and to keep taking the steps, to grow myself and my business and to declare to the world I am on my way to a $7figure business.

My key business focus now is to work with Entrepreneurs and High Achievers who want to expand and embody their next level as they create it.

In my personal life, I loved being a Singleton and chose not to have kids, through a deep and continuous journey.

A 4 year relationship ended, as being a step mom was tough, and I look forward to where to next and stepping more and more into my feminine energy in relationship. I am a work in progress and I am a slow learner. Which is also because I believe in multi lives. However, as I am now 50 I realise life is long, and oh so short. 

 

I continue following my inner knowing, growing, learning, trusting  and taking the inspired acton.
