CALM-E during a Pandemic

Most people say that we are heading into a time of trauma - I'm not sure about that, and will write more in another blog!


For this blog, I want to draw from my You-Tube video posted early on in the Pandemic - How to stay CALM-E during this time. Here are some of the ideas and you can listen more on the You-Tube video.


C - Connect - to yourself, to others and to your kids if you have them

A - allow flexibility in yourself and others - with moods, routine, activities. Also create activities you do on your own, with your partner and with your kids

L - laugh whenever you can

M - move your body in any way it needs

E- exhale - every single day, exhale, regroup and start again
